Extinguishing Popular Support for Political Racialism, an Immanent Critique
Manufacturing race is feasible in the 21st century.
Those who follow my work realize I’m a critic of identity politics, not because I’m of the opinion self-identifications (be they racial, ethnic, sexual, religious, or cultural) are somehow illegitimate, but rather due to the fact they impede the struggle for proletarian emancipation.[1] One form of identity politics, however, makes little sense even on its own terms and can thus be countered by those presented with propaganda featuring it with relative ease.
If cleverly communicated, ethnonationalism—a linchpin of the increasingly trendy “alt-right” movement—is still capable of garnering public sympathy due to the fact homo sapiens regularly employ phenotypes as a means by which to form alliances. As inherently neutral mediums, identifications on an ethnic or racial basis can be either pernicious or benign, contingent upon how they’re instrumentalized. Among those of Caucasian descent who are involved in racial politics, in particular, paranoia regarding a precipitous decline in European and North American birthrates has, in recent decades, led to utter hysteria about a “white genocide” claimed to be transpiring. It is precisely this notion I wish to briefly challenge in this entry.
Now, setting aside the obvious hyperbole of framing sub-replacement fertility as a “genocide,” and the contentious matter of whether or not the statistical figures cited by exponents of this view are accurate, there is a rather elementary solution to the predicament these individuals allege: artificial insemination.
One could conceivably stipulate all of the dubious claims white nationalists regularly advance, e.g., that northwestern European genes alone are the source of epochal ingenuity and, indeed, civilization itself, and nevertheless experience no great impetus to join their class collaborationist crusade. Why? Because contained within the scrotal sac of nearly every Caucasian male throughout the course of his life are literally billions of potentially viable offspring. Hence, even absent fertile European females to reproduce with, the Caucasian race could, in principle, be scientifically engineered back into existence on a large scale within approximately four generations of repeated reproduction with any genotypically disparate human population. Consequently, should the hereditarians’ disputable theories on intelligence and behavior one day be empirically vindicated, illiberal governmental measures and (currently nonexistent) methods of gene therapy will remain unnecessary for humanity to continue to progress; that’s how far-reaching the implications behind this technology are. It’s a scandal sensationalizing, fear-mongering philistines like David Duke and Jared Taylor maintain an audience.
Many of the Marxists of yesteryear who were proponents of positive eugenics referred to this practice as ‘eutelegenesis.’ In short, these theoreticians recommended that socialist societies establish sperm banks consisting of samples from eminent men, who females could then choose to be artificially inseminated by, if they so desired, therewith contributing to a gradual increase in the population’s mean intelligence.[2] To be clear, I do not subscribe to the hereditarian hypotheses communists of this orientation espoused, but that’s besides the point of this argument.
At any rate, the next time you’re admonished by a white nationalist, alt-rightist, or neoreactionary (they’re ubiquitous online, I assure you) as being a “race traitor” for either not expressing grave concern with the “white genocide” they bemoan, or for failing to accept the methodologically flawed IQ studies and police reports they routinely cite, instruct the insecure little man berating you to pay a visit to his local sperm bank and submit a donation in your name.

While the title is misleading (no, while what you stated is a fact, it is only one aspect of the problem, good job on saying something that is mostly overlooked by a lot of people!
A little bit sideway: you’ve only touched about the men. What about the women? Do you think that there is a common opinion among the female activists in the “alt-right” movement about the homogeneous white race? If yes, then I’ve never known about it before.
With respect to the title of this post, I didn’t mean to convey the impression my response to paranoia regarding “white genocide” constitutes a coup de grâce to ethnonationalism or the alt-right, so I apologize if it appeared misleading.
The alt-right is a heterogeneous, largely internet-based, association. As far as I’m aware, within the faction that’s more conventionally racialist, the females tend to express just as much anxiety concerning Caucasian fertility rates as their male counterparts. Whether they react to that by becoming, as it were, broodmares, I cannot say.
Much more criticism could be leveled against the so-called alt-right, but you’ve struck at the fundamental problems. On a related note, AmRen has recently republished a “classic” article on its newsreel titled The ‘Reafricanization’ of the West, which alludes to this hysteria about low birth rates and “white genocide” and makes a positive reference to the inane work of Lothrop Stoddard. It was shortly followed by another “classic” that is one of the most disgusting pieces of reaction you are likely to read on the internet today, Multiculturalism and Marxism. Needless to say, it is everything that you have firmly debunked in your critique of the cultural Marxism myth.
As for how a future socialist society might choose to resolve such issues, it is certainly true that the ramifications pending emerging genetic engineering technologies and the possible revivification of past efforts at positive eugenics should serve to enhance the genotypical constitution of the population, thus rendering the exaggerated concerns of these individuals alarmist and completely unfounded. I can tell that you are drawing on the work of Hermann Joseph Muller for inspiration in this respect, among other left-wing advocates of genetic enhancement.

And anyone who cites the inane scholarship of Lothrop Stoddard to buttress their “white genocide” thesis simply isn’t engaging the subject in good faith.
You’re correct, Muller is one of the theoreticians I was drawing upon in my critique of white nationalist fear-mongering. The history of Marxist eugenics is really quite fascinating, despite the fact I disagree with the outmoded assumptions which informed those working within the paradigm. Charles Owen expressed interest in discussing the topic, so that may provide me an opportunity to elaborate further before my paper is complete.

Yes, the implications are far-reaching. Thus, people tend to far-fetch them. You make a lot of assumptions. Among them being will there be enough sperm and coordination to rebuild all the ethnicities of Europe as they exist today, including the unique and small ones such as the Basques, Cornish, or Sardinians? White nationalists do have a “mother Europa” undertone but they also emphasize the sovereignty of other white nationalities. If it is possible, now the question is if humans will survive long enough to complete it. It’s possible in principle, yes, but the problem is that it will get caught up in a massive halestrom of “principles” that we call the Real World; and that lone “principle” will be but a tiny part of it.
Also, while I agree IQ tests are far from being a perfect measure for intelligence, someone who is mentally handicapped is unlikely to score a 95. Same for someone who is exceptionally intelligent; there is some accuracy to them. I think the problem with IQs is with scoring in the upper and lower percentiles. Such as if someone has an IQ of 125 or 130, or if they’re a genius.
